Naman Singla (Partner)

Naman Singla holds Bachelor's degree in Commerce and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011. He has extensive experience of over 12 years in Assurance and Advisory Business Services, servicing Listed Indian and multinational clients in various industries (Manufacturing, Services and Development sector). Naman previously worked as with KPMG India for over 6 years in Assurance division.

His core competencies are in assurance, fraud investigations, due diligence reviews, business advisory, Design and implementation of internal controls (ICFR), IFRS & US GAAP expertise and process reviews.

Naman is Engagement Partner on most of the Multinational and Large Indian clients of the firm and has audited / conducted agreed upon procedures of various Indian and international organizations such as Timex Watch group, MINDA, Havells, DCM, Yum restaurants (Pizza Hut/ KFC), SML Labels, Crystal Crop, Pepsico, Cremica Industries, Oxfam India, Plan India, Room to Read, Plan India, Oxfam India, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Action Aid, Delhi Public Schools and many more.

Kamal Kumar Goyal (Partner)

Kamal Goyal holds Bachelor's degree in Commerce and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2012. He has an extensive experience of over 11 years in Direct taxation advisory, NBFC restructuring and deal advisory and, servicing Indian business houses and HNIs.

His core competencies are in direct taxation advisory, litigation matters, NBFC set up and restructuring, business advisory for NBFC for their credit monitoring, branch audits of public sector banks, audits of non-profitable / charitable institutions. His core competencies are also in Government Department liasioning work like Income Tax, RBI etc.

Kamal has served various clients and includes Bank of Baroda, Punjab & Sind Bank etc., AGF Finlease Limited, Chadha Finance Limited, DCM Limited, Electric one etc. and also provides services to non-profitable or charitable institutions.

Ripika Gupta (Partner)

Ripika Gupta holds Bachelor's degree in Commerce and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2013. She has an extensive experience of over 10 years in Banking sector and an expert into due diligence / financial modelling of loan proposals, due diligence legal document and serviced top Listed and unlisted companies of India. Ripika previously worked with ICICI Bank for over 8 years in Corporate credit segment for large corporates.

Her core competencies are in Fund raising (Equity/ Debt), Project financing and working capital requirements, Transaction Advisory, due diligence reviews and process reviews.

She has worked with various top companies for loan proposals evaluation and includes Hero group, Greenlam, Paytm, Cremica etc.

Sonu Goenka (Partner)

Sonu Goenka holds Bachelor's degree in Commerce and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2012. She has an extensive experience of over 11 years in Indirect tax laws litigation and regulatory matters and managing compliances. Sonu has previously worked with S.S Kotahri Mehta & Company for over 4 years in Indirect Tax department.

Her core competencies are in Goods and Service Tax (GST) litigation matters, GST advisory services, forming and issuing opinion on complex matters, GST compliances and regulatory services, due diligence reviews of GST compliances and its process reviews.

She has worked with various top companies and assisted clients at the time of implementation of GST law in 2017 and holds expertise in real estate sector.

Sourav Garg (Partner)

Sourav Garg holds Bachelor's degree in Commerce and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2017. He has an extensive experience of over 6 years in Audits and Direct taxation advisory services for SME sector, project financing and govt. subsidies / incentives consultancy.
